There interview process is very poor, that is the reason very few employees stays longer than 6 months. They first do a basic telephonic interview. Then before inviting you for in person interview they give you a form to fill which is completely useless because they don't read it or use it during interview. Then when you come for interview they keep you waiting for long hours even if you come on time. Then they ask you few basic questions and gives you task. Then invite you for a final round in which CEO asks useless questions regarding your family. Then they try to negotiate already low salary package. If you agree they hire you, if you don't they won't or they would say you don't have enough experience and offer you internship.
