The interview process was grueling. In total had 6 interviews to include nearly 20 people. This in and of itself was not inherently an issue. What became an issue was making it to the final interview before receiving a generic response that they had decided to put the search back out. That I wasn’t selected due to my qualifications not matching. The same qualifications they knew at the start. And after the second round. And fifth round. All the way to the sixth round. When I asked for additional context and feedback I got radio silence. My number one piece of advice is you must create a more solid employee journey and that starts with the candidates. Very very poor experience.
