Got the interview through an on campus recruiting event. The first part of the interview process was a short aptitude test which was pretty easy. I went on to the next step which was a 30 minute interview followed by a 2 hour aptitude and personality test. Waited for 3 weeks to hear back, and eventually received a letter saying I was not moving on to the next step. There is a lot of testing involved and not much time to talk to recruiters.
