There we 2 options to complete the interview. First option is Interviewing over the phone 10-15 mins with a recruiter. Second would be completing the the virtual Interview screening and submitting online 10-15 mins.

We assist the individuals in our programs with daily living skills, such as cooking meals, administering medication, and housekeeping as well as assisting with either partial or full assistance for personal care such as; eating, dressing, bathing and toileting. If provided the proper training, would you feel comfortable performing these duties?
Can you provide an example of a time you went above and beyond to help someone in need? How did you feel about the situation, and what impact do you think your action had on the other person?

Easy, I thought that they were desperate for a worker. I was hoping more of a challenge. I am seeing the reviews at Indeed and it looks bad as well in here.

Quick and simple. They needed to hire more people to fill the positions quickly. Despite having no experience in the field, the interview questions did not matter to the interviewer.
