Entretien
I applied online. Someone emailed me the next day for an interview for the following day.
I arrived about ten minutes prior to interview time.
I waited. And waited. The better part of an hour later, my interview began. There was a panel of four who took turns asking questions off a list. The interviewers seemed varied in experience, knowledge, and level of professionalism.
I don't mind not getting an offer. I do, however, mind when you have an interview then they never even contact you to tell you they didn't choose you. This was one of those places.

Entretien
It took a while after I applied online. The interview schedule can be pretty flexible. I interview with a group of panel, and they took turn to ask you questions on the sheet. I had time to look over the questions and get prepared. The panel are friendly, and you can expect to ask some follow up questions, which I thought is a good sign. However, I don't know if its their company policy or what, they don't really get back to you if you sent follow up email. I thought I did ok job and might have chance to get the job, but it has been almost two weeks, so I guess not.

Entretien
Group panel. There were four and each one took a turn asking a question. The questions are standard in which they read them off a sheet. No one asked any other questions other than what was on the sheet of prepared questions. Felt one of the questions was bias in that if you don't have children, grandchildren or into action movies, you may not know what a superpower is. I am not into these types of movies nor was I ever a reader of comics, so I am unfamiliar as to what they are. I answered I would like to have the power to read others minds in order to be able to help understand them better.
