I met with both of the owners. They were very nice and seemed to really want to help others. They asked about my work experience and what it was that I hoped to gain working with this company. The interview was very informal and comfortable and they were willing to work around my schedule, as I was employed when I applied to this position.

Took a long time from application to interview but then process was pretty quick. I applied and did not hear anything for about 6 weeks. I was called to schedule an interview. Did an interview one week later. Received an offer about two weeks after that.

The interview process was fairly easy. It was conversation form and not a lot of questions thrown at you. The questions were fair and typical questions for a job interview.

The interview experience was great. It was a relaxed, informal atmosphere. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. There were no difficult questions. I assume their biggest criteria is whether the candidate is qualified and if you will fit into the culture of the work environment.
