J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sevita en févr. 2011
Entretien
The person doing the interview was very hard to understand. Did not speak english well. The office however looked pretty nice. Also had a week of paid training which seemed unnecessary if you have previous experience. No cards given proving that you have completed CPR and First Aid Training.

I filled out an application online, within a week I got an email asking me to call a recruiter for a phone interview, which was really just to go over my resume. They said somebody would contact me. The next day I was called in for an in person interview. There was an on paper test, a car inspection, a video to watch and then they offered me the job.
Afterwards I had to get a physical, get fingerprinted and show proof of insurance. Then 8 days of training (paid).
