You have to go through alot and have all these qualifications, get a level and 2 background check, they don't tell you the people have disabilities(multiple diagnosis)have to have a copy of a accredited high school diploma,after you are approved you start it normally take a month or a month in a half

About a 10 min. phone interview then was told I'd get a call in the next few days if they were interested. Got called later that day for a face to face interview.

I filled out an application online, within a week I got an email asking me to call a recruiter for a phone interview, which was really just to go over my resume. They said somebody would contact me. The next day I was called in for an in person interview. There was an on paper test, a car inspection, a video to watch and then they offered me the job. Afterwards I had to get a physical, get fingerprinted and show proof of insurance. Then 8 days of training (paid).
