Interview at site location. Interviewers are almost always late. One on one with human resource employee. This however is no longer the policy. Interviews are conducted by management which are not qualified in the least to be doing interviews. This is where the company fails greatly. The revolving door starts here with the hiring of people of dim wit and could possibly be clients themselves.

Entretien
Found an ad in the local paper and called. The responded quickly. I used their computer to fill out the application and he asked a few follow up questions about why I wanted to work there. ( Rewarding) After ending on a positive note he called 2 weeks later after school records and background was in. Had to wait another month for next training class to start. A long wait, but most jobs are a process these days and one must plan accordingly. Easy hire. Low pay, but a nice 32 hours is considered FT for benefits...And It comes along too. Hours are 330 to 1130 PM and one mandatory weekend day each week from 8:30 am to 8:30 PM.
