Entretien
It was a fairly straight forward interview. I was reached out to about a week after I applied and they scheduled me for a zoom interview two weeks later. I was asked fairly straight forwards questions and then was told that they still were doing a few more weeks of interviews, which I found odd because I had already waited two weeks for mine. About two months later I finally heard back that I didn't get it, but by that point I assumed so.

It was very professional and straightforward. Asked about specific experiences on my resume, interest in both the department and Sesame, and general behavioral questions. Had a genuine conversation about the current priorities of the company. No response afterward

It’s all who you know but interview was fairly simple and straightforward. It’s a non profit though so the pay isn’t the best but the people are pretty great and wholesome.
