After submit the CV online, I get the confirmation email immediately (auto process)
And a real call comes faster, just 2-3days. After the phone call interview, it will ask your expected salary. Unfortunately the salary is lower than I expected. But I have the feeling it has a nice working atmosphere.

Easygoing, friendly and nice environment. Not formal and felt like a normal chat with coworkers. Depends on the team though you will be working in, as every department or group is of course different.
