Recruiter reached out. Said we needed to start with technical interviews. Scheduled a code interview 3 weeks out. Code interview passed and they moved me on to architecture 2 weeks later. The architecture review was fine. The interviewer seemed to be happy with my answers. 4 days later the company reached out saying I had failed the coding interview. I have seen multiple reviewers suggesting a very similar experience. It felt like a sham from the start but was good experience for interviewing in general.
