I did a 20-minute initial phone screening that was very casual and conversational, learned a lot about the current company goals. Next steps were scheduling a programming test and in-person interview.

I applied online. Shortly was contacted by recruiter and was asked to take a hacker rank test. All question in the test were easy and medium SQL question. After that I had a phone call with the recruiter. Later I talked to hiring manager over the phone, he asked some basic sql questions as well. Finally I went onsite. I talked with 6 different interviewers ( Sr.Engineer, Managers, Director and VP of Technology ). Coding questions in onsite were much more difficult than the earlier rounds. Overall I enjoyed my time over there and they seemed satisfied with my answers. Then next day I got an offer.
