The phone screen with the internal recruiter went well. I then had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a few others from the team. I've interviewed with multiple global organizations but ServiceTitan's recruiting process is not quiet world class (yet). Among other examples, the interviewer did not allow the opportunity for me to ask any questions. I would not consider applying again in the future.
Really odd process.
First they rejected my application, then a recruiter reached out, then I met with the hiring manager, and then interviewed 4 people. The recruiter called me in between interviews and then ghosted me and didn’t respond to any of my follow up emails.
3 months later, the requisition is still up. Unfortunately, the dysfunction of the process likely speaks to how the organization functions.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Nothing too interesting - primarily genetic standard behavioral questions about collaboration and whatnot.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ServiceTitan (Glenview, Los Angeles, CA) en nov. 2017
Entretien
I applied online and a couple of weeks later was contacted by HR/Recruiting for a phone screening. This was followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager. Then I was invited for an in-person interview. I spent about 3 hours at ServiceTitan getting a tour and meeting 6-7 individuals. The offices are great. Everyone was really friendly and I left feeling very positive. A few days later I followed up with my Recruiter for a status/update. Then after no response, I couple days later I received a generic email that I had not moved on to the next step. After spending so much time and meeting with so many people, it seemed really inappropriate and unprofessional to not even receive a courtesy phone call or at least a personalized email. I was left with a really bad feeling about the company. If they treat qualified candidates in this manner, how do they really value their employees?
