Meeting with Hiring Manager where they asked about generative AI, how to mitigate bias, how to use vector DB -- some light technical questions from my resume. Asked me to do 30 minute coding with chatgpt assistance to build predictive model with working inferencing. Had an OA with Hackerrank-- two leetcode easy/medium with bit manipulation and regex, one problem to build a traditional ML model and one problem to build a neural network. Doing the hackerrank without references was difficult. Didn't make it to final round. Process with the recruiter was not handled great -- they sent me an accept email for final round and then said 'whoops' actually you didn't pass.

There is a phone interview with the recruiter. They didn’t seem to know much about the position most questions were punted to the hiring manager. The majority of the team is international located in Western Europe.
