J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez ServiceNow (Amsterdam) en nov. 2015
Entretien
I applied via LinkedIn and was asked to attend a phone interview. Few questions were asked about my work experience, why am looking for a change, how would i describe the ServiceNow business and so on. It went well and I was asked to do a technical test. I wrote some Selenium tests that would test features of a website they deliver as part of the assignment. It was also good enough to proceed to the next level.
This was a 3 hour interview, where i met four different people. It wasn't too technical, but more of a get to know each other. Before leaving, I asked when I would hear back and was told it would be a week. It has been 4 months now.... not a word. Even if it was a No, I would like for them to have the decency to say so. Either way, bad impression.
