overall it was a good experience; 6 interviews; one 1,5h panel where I need to present business case; whole hireing process from first contact to contract signature took 4 weeks

Interview with recruiter, after that I was ghosted and did not get any feedback or communication. Pro tip to ServiceNow recruiters: No is also an answer, and essentially better for company than ghosting candidates
