There was a phone screening and then a second interview where you talked to people in 3 different marketing departments. Fairly straightforward although it was challenging to tell exactly what you would be doing as an intern because the teams do very different things and the people interviewers did not necessarily know exactly what the internship would look like.

Mostly behavioral. Felt like friendly conversation. Interviewed with a few different folks at various levels, including management and would-be peers. First interview is with a recruiter, which is a basic screening. Felt like the interviewers wanted to help and make sure you got all your questions answered.

It was interesting - def intense but nice people. I thought they were trying to put on an intense front. The interview was a panel with three people and they all asked a mixture of behavioral and job specific questions about my background
