There were 4 rounds of interviews. First with a tech lead. Lot of questions around technologies, design decisions. Second with developer doing code assessment. I was allowed to use my own IDE instead of the online one, because it was better to show my ways of working (e.g. unit testing). 3rd round with a software engineering director, focusing on past experiences and realistic expectations around the ways of working at ServiceNow. 4th and last interview with a software architect, discussing the software delivery process and my knowledge around architecture.
