I interviewed at ServiceNow in Dec 2021. First, there was a recruiter screen that was about 20 minutes and then a technical interview with three engineers, where they ask about projects and give you a coding question. The engineers were all extremely nice, and the interview didn't feel intimidating despite there being 3 interviewers.

Entretien
Mixed between a behavioural and some coding questions. Questions were straight forward and pretty basic for a college student, with code debugging and walkthroughs. Friendly interviewer, explained everything very well and was helpful

Overall the interview experience was standard and the interviewer was also very interactive throughout. But the level of difficulty of the interview is based on who you are being assigned to. Some mentioned that the interview was too easy and the only hard part was the questions asked about AI.
