I interviewed with 6 different individuals for the role. The recruiter had little to no follow up unless I emailed her asking for an update. Unfortunately, the recruiter failed to understand that my salary requirements were in fact what I needed to make in order to accept the role.
I would have loved to accept this position and join the team, but I was offered lower than what I asked for and what I was currently making. The recruiter wouldn’t budge on any counter offers either. Seems like a waste of time for myself and the team I met with if they knew they couldn’t match my salary ask.

Phone call with a recruiter. Then zoom interview with managers. My only negative experience was that I was ghosted and when I followed up I didn’t get a response from anyone. After being very excited about the culture I felt very let down. I still would like to work there as it could just be the recruiting process that needs work. I am continuing to apply.

Ghosted by the recruiter, who never responded after a "positive" intro interview, Was told they would reach out to set up the next interview but never responded to my email, and then an auto-reject 2 weeks later.

Received an email for an interview which would take about an hour. It was through Microsoft Meeting. I was asked questions and hired the same day. There is a training 2wk training period. The pay sounds good along with benefits
