The process was painfully long. Some of it understandable with change in leadership BUT taking 6months from the first meeting with 11rounds is taking it too far. Either underlying cross currents with pioneer vs new leaders OR they are taking the CEO comment of it is tough to get into NOW too far.
After 7 rounds coming back with a rejection, only to come back asking if i will get back to talking to more people!! Poorly done by HR and Talent

Usual question assessing ones skills with examples. There were no curveball questions and probably should not really be expected for senior roles where the chemistry and personality matter most. Having said that they will want to ensure what is claimed in the CV is factual by probing a bit
