The interview process is not good. I applied online and it took weeks before I received any feedback. Then all of a sudden, an telephone interview was planned and they promised to come back to me with feedback. Up till today, I haven't heard anyone.... This is unprofessional and this is not the company I would work for, which is a shame become the solution is good.
