Instrukturiertes Gespräch, trotz vorheriger Nachfrage gab es weder ein Feedback zu den Themen, noch eine Agenda. Nachdem 2/3 der Zeit vergangen waren, wurde gesagt, dass wir die Themen, die von Arbeitgeberseite aus erwartet wurden, noch gar nicht angesprochen wurden.
