I was contacted by the Hiring Manager via email and we agreed on a date to have a phone screening interview, when the time came he didn't call nor send any email. I pinged him with no reply. a day after he sent me an email apologising and we booked another date. when he finally called, the interview went pretty normal he asked me about my background and experience, why "service now" and some SQL questions. at the end of our conversation he said that he thinks I'm good for the role and would definitely continue the hiring process, he explained to me the next stages and what to expect. 2 weeks passed and I didn't receive any update, so I wrote him a polite and professional email saying something like "I'm excited to continue" and "is there any update regarding the process". it has been 2 weeks since I sent that email. I never heard or experienced any disrespectful behaviour or lack of professionalism at a big company like this. I think since I passed the interview and he showed interest in me and explained about the next stages, he owes me at least an email/reply with "we found a better candidate" but even this I didn't get.

Hour long technical interview with some fairly easy coding problems in JavaScript, Java, and Sql. Just finished a second interview with 4 managers that focused on personalities and scenarios. Overall pretty smooth and quick process. Happened all within 2 weeks.
