First was a written test and it had basic mysql, linux, unix, logical reasonong, networking questions.2nd round: Two people took one from performance field and the other from platform field.The platform team guy knows nothing and expects answers exactly like they were mentioned in the service now docs and he is not concerned about the topic and how much understanding the candidate has on service now.Also, some questions irrelevant to service now which he might have worked on were asked.He was not ready to listen to the conceptual answer, if he sees some points were not like bookish he will reject.Very less relevant experienced people were there who don't know anything in-depth.They just want to hear in what words they know.

it was 3 round first being the behavioral, then the technical questions where you go over each of the aspects of code for frontend, another interview on how you would handle some cases prioritization and stuff.

Both times interviewers did not show up, third time they were 20 minutes late to a 30 minute interview. Horrible experience, especially when you prepare for the interview only to have the team consistently no show.

It's really a disappointed experience and totally waste of time. I did some search and find out they just want to hire contractors, not permanent employees, also they have a preference to candidates from a specific country, which is unfair to other candidates. And just like what other reviews said, if they want you then they will response really quick, if they don't want you then they will ghost you and not update their system, so you won't have any feedback. I don't know it's the company's problem or the team's problem, but I won't apply for ServiceNow positions anymore, really disrespect to candidates.
