J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez ServiceNow

I met with them at my university job fair and later received a call for on-campus interview. I did well in the interview and I was told they will get back in 2 weeks. However, I did not hear back from them for more than a month and when I followed up, I was told that I will not be moving forward.
This thing happened with 7-8 of my other class mates. The funny thing is that they came back for winter career fair and when I described my experience, they assured me that they will follow up. But no news from them again. This is quite unprofessional on their part. Overall a bad experience.

Recruiter Call and then Technical interview with 3 software engineers. They worked with you as you solved the problem. There are no test cases, it is like a system design problem.

Pretty straightforward, had to follow up with the recruiter a few times though as they are a little slow but the final interview was 3 back-to-back interviews, one behavioral, one technical behavioral where they asked a super simple programming loops question, and one hiring manager.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Standard behavioral questions (use STAR format and you'll be good)

My First round was a Recruiter Interview where I was asked a couple of behavioral questions. The second/ final round was a coding interview with a panel of 3 engineers.
