Fairly easy screening interview with recruiter by video call. I was told I'll get a feedback in about a week, I was even asked for available time-slots for the week ahead in order to schedule a potential next call with the HM. I have received no feedback, though I have reached out several times. 20 days since the interview with no update or answer. The role has been reposted a couple of days ago. High level ghosting! Do not recommend. This is not a serious company, not human centred - unprofessional!

A recruiter contacted me initially. I reached back out to her a couple of times before she responded back. A call was set up, that had some job descriptions that were different than her original reach out, but I thought I might as well move forward because maybe that was just an error. When the call was set up, I sat on the call for 10 minutes before I finally hung up. Totally ghosted. Pretty crazy that a company with this high of ratings is ghosting people and has this unorganized of a hiring process with recruiting. Very strange. Waste of my time.

Great communication, kept process moving along, thorough process, able to get a good feel for the culture through interviews, smart questions, approached interviews like conversations, flexible scheduling to accommodate personal and work schedule
