I was contacted by an employment agency and given details of the job. I had several conversations with the agency and then a phone interview was set up with the owner of the company. He asked me about my background and experience and set up a second video interview. In the second interview salary, benefits and expectations and responsibilities were discussed. I got an offer for employment at the end of the interview.
