Smooth and flexible onboarding process via different channels of communication. Everything would be informed and promptly followed up to get the employees manage their timing. Good and a smooth process.
The Interview process was pretty moderate. I come from a technical background, but they were looking for someone with more of a sales background. I was asked to enact a sales call.

First shortlisted through Introduction video of max 2 minutes, then 5-10 minutes one on one interview with Manager, was not difficult but everything happened very fast, they were friendly and said not to be nervous, then finally interview with director
