Had a brief phone call, 1st Teams interview with recruiter, 2nd Teams interview with an executive, then was ghosted after months of correspondence, research, effort, and hope. I felt like both of my interviews went really well. The recruiter even gave me tips on things to say and ask during my 2nd interview to ensure it went well, it seemed like she really liked me. I followed up through text (where we had previously communicated about interviews) and a phone call but never heard back. I put so much time and effort into this job and was genuinely excited about the opportunity and they couldn’t take 1 minute to let me know I wasn’t selected. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Started with a phone interview then an in person interview. As I pulled into the parking lot about 10 minute before my interview I get a call that he was going to be at another location. Okay understandable things happen, but a little notice would have been nice after 40 minutes commute but drove another 30 minutes to another location. Interview went was about 30 minutes asked all the same questions from the phone interview. Then he scheduled a zoom interview with another manager. After I get on the zoom interview she doesn't show. Waited 15 minutes before emailing. She hops on about 25 minutes late. She had forgotten about the interview and was very flustered. She didn't even have real questions. Then said they would call to schedule a shadowing of one of their receptionist. Honestly it just a massive waste of time. A boujee company with no real sense of professionalism. Too many hoops to jump through for entry level job that barely pays $18/hr.
