Their recruitment process feels quite chaotic and confusing. No one has explained the steps clearly, and the interviewers are often late. Even after several interviews, I was asked the same questions repeatedly. When I requested feedback, I received no response. Overall, I don’t feel respected throughout the process.

They asked me to complete a technical assignment involving the simulation of a 6DOF manipulator with a trapezoidal velocity controller, and optional obstacle avoidance. After submitting the work, I had to wait several weeks before receiving any response. They expressed interest in scheduling an interview twice, but failed to follow through. Despite agreeing on dates, they did not show up or respond in time. In the end, I was completely ghosted, without any feedback on either the assignment or the process overall. Very unprofessional.
