I applied online. And then a couple weeks later I recieved a phone call. She asked to do a phone interview and I said sure. She asked a few questions, but sounded more like she really didnt care how I andwered. I didnt give my full andwers because I didnt care if I wanted the job or not. She stated that she will e-mail me either way if I got the job or not. Which may I add once you do apply for Serco Jobs they state that most of the hiring will be online so check your e-mails daily. So, a day later I recieved the congrats you are accepting on board. I am not going to say that every interview was this easy, but this one was really easy.
