My initial impression with Nora Miller, Assistant Vice President of HR was extremely pleasant. I had three interviews and most of my correspondence was with Noelle Alcala, who was absolutely wonderful the entire time and very encouraging. My second interview was with David Floren, Regional Portfolio Manager, and Mario Martinez, Service Manager. Both were very professional, accommodating, and answered all my questions. My final interview was with Mary Perez, Community Manager for Cross Pointe. Mary was very professional and very easy to talk to. The thing that impressed me the most was that every single person I interviewed with was genuinely proud to be a part of this company and went out of their way emphasize how great it is to work there. Overall, the interview process was very streamlined and I was extremely comfortable the entire time.
