I had a scheduled phone interview with the recruiting manager from their Walnut Creek office. An indicator to me that this process was not about to go smoothly had been when the recruiter had called 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Not only was that unprofessional and rude, but the entire process, to me, felt very rushed and unprepared. She just focused on one position from my resume and didn't give me the opportunity to elaborate further from past experiences to demonstrate that I was qualified for the position.
