It was a phone interview setup through a staffing agency. 20 minutes into the call, in which not much was discussed from a technical endpoint, I was offered the job.

Tell me a bit about yourself?
The process was mostly talking; in which is was described that they "liked the way I talked", so they wanted to offer me the position. Not too much stress was placed on the technical side of things.
