An HR representative contacted me and scheduled a 4-hour technical examination. The second interviewer arrived unprepared, without my resume, and conducted the interview unprofessionally. The third interviewer moved through questions at an unusually slow pace, though I performed well in that round. I was then required to complete yet another interview with a software engineer who appeared unfamiliar with control systems fundamentals.
After investing two days of PTO in this lengthy interview process, I noticed the position has been reposted without any follow-up communication or rejection notice. The lack of preparation, poor organization, and failure to provide basic courtesy updates reflects poorly on the company's hiring practices.
I would not recommend interviewing with this organization due to their disorganized process and apparent disregard for candidates' time and effort.
