I had a quick recruiter call with Sephora. Didn’t feel like the right fit so didn’t move forward. Generic questions but the interviewer was kind. Will not be moving forward.

The interview was fun and lively. Great questions with smart answers. The team was good. The questions were easy to answer. It takes two to three steps to the final stage, where you negotiate for the right amount
Je n'ai eu que 2 entretiens : un RH et un opérationnel avec le management direct. Mais les équipes ont changé depuis que j'ai quitté l'entreprise. Il y a peut-être de nouveaux process désormais.
