Unfortunately, I received a rejection without any constructive feedback. While rejection is part of the job application process, the most disappointing aspect was the lack of communication from the HR representative afterward. Despite my efforts to follow up, I was left without a response, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. As a candidate who values transparency and respect in the hiring process, this experience was disheartening. Companies like Sephora, known for their strong reputation, should hold their recruitment processes to the same high standard they expect from employees. Clear feedback and consistent communication are key to creating a positive candidate experience and maintaining the brand’s credibility.

The video interview format for the first round was off-putting. It felt impersonal, as there was no interaction with a real person. It made the experience less engaging and left me feeling disconnected.
