I interviewed via zoom and I was told that i would be notified the next day whether or not i would be moving onto the next stage of interviews. When i did not receive any communications, i followed up. Still nothing in return so i sent 1 more email, now 4 days later. The recruiter replied to me another 2 or 3 days later to say they would not be continuing on, which was fine. The initial interview was good but the communications afterward were very poor. Whilst i am fine with not moving forward for the role, i think that the communication and handling of candidates after the interview leaves much to be desired.
