Honestly, I was already offered another cosmetics position and it wasn't seasonal it was actually full-time. But after applying here months ago, I get a call the next day I was offered a job. OF COURSE I wasn't going to turn this opportunity down.
Accepted the interview, it was suppose to be a group interview but couldn't attend a specific time due to my current job. The hiring manager was kind enough to set up an interview an hour after the group interview. Which I was relieved. I mean I have done group interviews before but I love the whole "one on one" type of feel. But the interview was so smooth and I made the hiring manager laugh a few times and got super comfortable with her.
Then two days later I received an email by the hiring manager to set up a phone interview with store director. That part was so easy and smooth! Thank god!

I was first contacted over the phone for a quick phone screen. During the phone call, I was asked about my previous job experiences, responsibilities, and why I left my previous job. I was also asked about why I chose Sephora. They then asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in for the in-person interview, I sat and spoke with the manager who asked me typical interview questions.

Easy interview process, though I’d recommend going in to speak with the manager first (which is generally good practice for all retail jobs). You’ll have a phone interview & and in-person interview & then you’ll find out if you’ve gotten the job. Good luck!
