I applied online. The process took approximately 3 weeks. I received an email extending an invitation to attend a Sephora Job fair. At the Job fair it was group interview with one other girl interviewing for the store i applied too. There were a few other girls there for a call back interview for the same store. It was a relaxed and happy environment. The woman who interviewed me was very nice and made me feel comfortable. As if it was a conversation. It felt a bit competitive since we both had to answer the questions and talk about ourselves. The interview had basic questions. I felt like it went very well and took about 25-30 minutes. the interviewer let us know that we would be hearing from them within a few days with the next steps. I got a call 2 days later extending an offer.

I was first contacted over the phone for a quick phone screen. During the phone call, I was asked about my previous job experiences, responsibilities, and why I left my previous job. I was also asked about why I chose Sephora. They then asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in for the in-person interview, I sat and spoke with the manager who asked me typical interview questions.
