There were multiple interviews for this position. Questions were not hard, just wanted to see if you would be a good fit and your true personality/ skill set. Interviews were with different levels of managers and not much longer than 45 min.

I can't remember, but the Store Director interviewed me. Very average questions. Sephora's policy is that you are flawed anyway and that they need to fix you so that you can do your job better-so unless you bomb, they will accept a few less than perfect responses just as a personal weakness.

Was called three days after I applied. Had three one on one interviews and had a demo. Demo consisted of working on the floor for an hour while hiring manager watched.

The process overall was quick and easy. Since it was two weeks before Christmas, I got to meet with the Store Director, General Manager and one of the Lead Managers. They asked about my past experiences and it was not at all scary.
