It was a grilling 2 day interview consisting of 4 Rounds including a group interview and then a final round with the director! I was ok with it as I thought they want to make sure of the people they are hiring

What are the values that you would bring to this organization?
The interview was a group interview. No questions asked, just had us play a couple group games and kept two individuals after for further probing. I don't understand at all how they chose individuals to further the process with because they didn't ask any of us any sort of questions at all.
