J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sephora (Toronto, ON) en sept. 2016

Submit resume (online), casual phone call screening (more so to communicate in person interview time and date), and in person interview. I am aware that sometimes there is also a group interview but I got offered the job on the spot as I was transferring from another location. The in-person interview takes place "backstage" aka in the back of the store, usually in the "lead" aka manager's office. They ask a series of questions just to get to know you. Tip is to be energetic and show that you demonstrate their values ie. respect for all, passion for client, leading expertise in beauty, initiative, etc.
Applied online. One in person group interview. Straight forward questions about background and situational scenarios. What if questions. Phone offer after wards. No surprises. Very easy as a retail job interview.

Two-step interview process: group interview with managers, followed by one-on-one with store director. It was quick and didn’t take long to get hired. It was very well communicated and direct with my responsibilities.

2 interviews: first is with the manager and second one with the director. Interview can be stressful but this would be one of the easier interviews compared to certain others. There are some scenario questions. Example; if you're helping a customer in front of you but the phone also rings what do you do?
