The Interviewing process was exhausting. I was interviewed 2x for one store, then invited to a beauty recruiting event, then 2 more interviews and the 5th was a demo. At the point i was told to wait one week. I responded with no, that i had been there enough times and I had other job offers. They were proactive and called me before i got home. Otherwise I would have moved on.

Two-step interview process: group interview with managers, followed by one-on-one with store director. It was quick and didn’t take long to get hired. It was very well communicated and direct with my responsibilities.

2 interviews: first is with the manager and second one with the director. Interview can be stressful but this would be one of the easier interviews compared to certain others. There are some scenario questions. Example; if you're helping a customer in front of you but the phone also rings what do you do?
