Got a recruiter call for a screening round. 1st round was technical behavioral round. Didn’t receive any further communication for further process. Interviewer was helpful. They mentioned the process has 3/4 rounds including live coding round as well as cultural fit round.
1. Applied and receive OA
2. Recruiter screen, casual chat
3. Technical screen, one coding question
4. System design and manager call, same day
Took a while to hear back after OA but decently pass otherwise

Entretien
One online coding exercise (leetcode-like) followed by an HR screening interview, two technical whiteboard coding exercises with current employees and an interview with the office manager.
The online exercise is to be done at-home by oneself, whereas the whiteboard exercises are under (Senior) engineer supervision. The exercises are not too hard, but require some systems design knowledge and creative thinking.
