Initial 30 min call with recruiter, followed by 45 min Director of TA Ops interview. I spoke with Anastasija Frizenova for 30 min after which she immediately booked me into a 45 min same-day interview with Amanda Oliveira, Director of Ops. Interviews weren't very structured and more conversational. I have put a negative experience as the interviews themselves were fine, however I was advised this needed to be a speedy process due to the CPO going on leave. After the same-day interview, I heard nothing for two weeks until I saw the ad re-posted and checked in with Ana, and only then I received a generic rejection email with no feedback. I'm disappointed as in both interviews we spoke at length about how providing updates and feedback to candidates was vital, and yet they were the culprits of doing exactly the opposite.
