3) Technical interview.
The first 2 rounds are of no use as the final decision is of the technical guy in the last round. If he is impressed you are hired else your hard work and your time spent in the first 2 rounds are just neglected. They won't even reply to your mails or messages (if you ask where did you lack).

Entretien
I interviewed on August 8th and the interviewer was so generous towards me, It was an hour interview with an introduction to your interests, projects and everything.
The last 10 minutes you will be asked some 7 to 10 questions and it was quite simple questions
