It took two months to get a phone Interview screening which consisted of a one hour process of questions and answers. This was the first interview I have had in five years. The first interview was an online recording, you were given a link to ensure your computer was compatabile. You wer asked 8 questions, and your response was recorded, you were able to review it and either accept it or rerecord it.
