30 minute initial phone interview. The interviewer was late, waited until half-way through the meeting to introduce himself with title. He asked 2 questions, I answered them, he ended the interview early. I was working with a recruiter to get the interview. I found out due to the fact I answered the questions verbose, not with concise answers, he did not like that so he ended the interview and eliminated me from the process. The interview process was a negative experience and reflected badly on Sentara, and the interviewer. Just be careful when you interview with Sentara, I wish I could give advice how to answer the questions but I cannot.
